<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;">Begin by slicing your sushi grade tuna filet into strips. Pressing the slice of tuna into the sesame seeds, cover one side completely. Sear the tuna over the stove in a pan sprinkled with Olive Oil, sesame side down. After your tuna has cooked half way through, slowly fold the tuna to enclose a ball of Bamboo rice. Over low heat in a separate sauce pan, combine soy sauce and honey. Stir and watch the sauce begin to thicken. Remove the sauce pan from heat and allow it to cool. As a meal, choose a crunch green or colorful vegetable like roasted carrots or squash to accompany this tuna filet and bamboo rice combo! Most importantly, Enjoy! </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;">On a sea salt baked pita bite, layer thinly qruyere cheese slices and quince paste. Top with slivers of green onion. Also spread your favorite pimento cheese on a pita bite and top with quince paste. You can also use blue cheese or a good extra sharp cheddar. Making this bite a meal is easy! Lightly toast English muffins and top with cheese and quince paste. Return to oven briefly to heat and serve with soup, salad, or along side eggs for a breakfast or lunch! Enjoy!</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;">Fire up your grill allowing your sausage bites to be nice and crisp on top and bottom. In a separate pan, sauté the spinach with olive oil and sea salt. Top it off with hollandaise and a drop of hot sauce. Our first experience with this bite was during a Saturday morning brunch. We also served english muffins, eggs over easy, sautéd peppers & onions, and homemade wheat berry salad. </span></div>
